Calling all vintage karting enthusiasts! This event is set to bring together karts from the 1950s to the late 1980s in an unforgettable weekend of racing, kart shows, and fun! This is Race #4 of the Eastern Vintage Karting / Promoter’s Cup Series, but this event is open to ALL EVK/VKA members and non-member Freelance Racers to join in!

Mertztown, PA – This Sunday, Sept. 8, the Inexperienced Mechanics (Men) and Powder Puff (Ladies) will take to the oval and road course in the Summer Splash Races. These races will be held at the end of the day. Again, inexperienced racers are welcome; you will need to have a kart to borrow, borrow proper safety equipment for the type of kart you are driving, long pants and closed-toe shoes, and a Pit Pass. Additionally, we have a complete Regular Race on tap on the fast and fun asphalt oval and road course. Come on out and join us in the Lehigh Valley for some exciting and fun go-kart racing! Gates open at 10am, Practice at 12:15pm, and Racing kicks off at 1:30pm. See you all Sunday!

We asked that you please bring a Covered Dish if you plan on attending! Additionally, we have a $250 to win Sr. 206 Light Money Race on the docket, where the drivers will go for 25 Laps on the Road Course. Lastly, we will have a FEATURES ONLY SHOW (20 Laps on Road Course and 25 Laps on the Oval – Except Vintage) this Sunday featuring All Classes of JuiceBox’s, Karts, Champs, and Microstocks on the Fast 1/6th mile oval and 1/4 mile road course! On top of that, we have a complete Regular Race of all Karts, Champs, and Microstocks on the cards for exciting pavement racing. Load those race cars up and join us for some Family Fun at Oreville this Sunday. Gates open at 10am (please arrive after 10am.
