Mertztown, PA – Sunday, September 20, we have a DOUBLE HEADER of exciting Asphalt Oval and Road Course racing in the Lehigh Valley! This week, we have the Geiger Motorsports $300 to win Sr. Box Stock Champ 5K on the Fast 1/6th mile oval! It will be $25 to take the Green! Snydersville Engine Rules will be utilized for the Sr. Box Stock Champ class. More information can be found below.
Additionally, the YOUNG GUNS of the Sportsman’s 206 Road Class will be duking it out for $150 to win in a 20-lap dash around the 1/4 mile Road Course! On top of that, we have a complete Regular Show of all Karts, Champs, and Microstocks on the cards for exciting pavement racing. NOTE: THE ROAD COURSE WILL BE RACING THE NORMAL DIRECTION! We will not be running backwards due to lack of participation/car counts during the races.
Load those race cars up and join us for some Family Fun at Oreville this Sunday. Gates open at 10am (please arrive after 10am; we don’t want to block the road with trailers waiting to get in). Raceceivers are mandatory. Frequency is 454.000MHz. Transponders for scoring will be mounted on the Base of the Steering Shaft.
Format: GWC Qualifying based on Pill Draw. After you are done with qualifying, your fuel will be checked, and your tires will be painted. You must start the heat (determined by Qualifying) with the same painted tires. If you find a slice in your tire between your qualifying and heat, that does not hold air. You can change your tire after it has been checked by an official. If this is the case, you will lose the fastest lap of your qualifying run. 10 Lap Heat & 24 Lap Feature. Dash Laps TBA.
